Welcome to MomVoice (momvoicehub.com). By purchasing or downloading the MomVoice Brand Kit, you agree to the following terms.
1. What you're buying
The MomVoice Brand Kit is a one-time digital purchase that includes 60 Canva-ready templates, 8 premium PDFs, 18 static deliverables, and access to template URLs. After successful payment, you receive a download link by email and on the confirmation page.
2. License (personal use)
Your purchase grants you a personal-use license to use the Brand Kit for your own business or client work. You may:
- Edit, customize, and adapt all templates and content for your own brand
- Use the templates across all your social channels, website, and client communications
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the kit (or any part of it) with others
- Use the kit to create a competing product or template pack
- Upload the kit to file-sharing sites or claim authorship of the original assets
3. Refund policy
We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, email hello@momvoicehub.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund the full $47. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion.
4. Delivery
Delivery is instant via email and the post-purchase confirmation page. If you don't receive your download link within 10 minutes, check your spam/promotions folder, or contact us.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. All prices are in USD.
6. Disclaimer
The Brand Kit is a creative resource — not legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Results vary based on how you apply the work to your own business. We make no income or audience-growth guarantees.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the kit after changes constitutes acceptance.
